Fruity Oatmeal Bake Recipe

  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup chopped tart apple
  • 1/3 cup chopped peach
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, melted butter, and eggs together in a bowl. Pour over oat mixture; mix until blended. Fold in apple, peach, and blueberries.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
