- 1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon minced seeded serrano chile
- 12 red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh diced peaches
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (optional)
- Gently mash the avocado with the onion and serrano pepper in a bowl. Mix in the grapes and peaches. Season with salt and, if desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds to serve.
