Fruit N Nut Bars Recipe
- 1 1/4 cups chopped almonds
- 2 ounces sesame seeds
- 4 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly and evenly into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
