Frozen Maraschino Singapore Sling Recipe

  • 2 ponies (2 ounces) gin
  • 1 pony (1 ounce) kirsch
  • 1 teaspoon Benedictine
  • 1 teaspoon cognac
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup club soda or seltzer
  • 2 teaspoons chilled ruby Port
  1. In a blender, blend together gin, kirsch, Benedictine, cognac, cherries, cherry juice, lime juice, sugar, club soda and 2 cups cracked ice, scraping down the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses, and spoon the Port over the drinks.
