Frozen Mango Bellini Recipe

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces mango juice
  • 3 fluid ounces Prosecco (such as Caposaldo DOC)
  • 1/2 fluid ounce orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau®)
  • 10 ounces ice cubes
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  1. Pour mango juice, Prosecco, and orange liqueur into a blender in the order listed; add ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass. Garnish with mint.
