- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ Vegetable Oil
- 1 Market Pantry™ Egg, whisked
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger
- 2 cups Market Pantry™ Instant Rice
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool. Combine soy sauce and sugar in a separate small bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add egg and cook, stirring until just set. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Add the ground beef and vegetables to the pan and cook until meat is browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Increase heat to high and add the rice, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce mixture and egg. Serve immediately.
