Fried Rice with Beef Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Market Pantry™ Egg, whisked
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup Archer Farms™ Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger
  • 2 cups Market Pantry™ Instant Rice
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool. Combine soy sauce and sugar in a separate small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add egg and cook, stirring until just set. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Add the ground beef and vegetables to the pan and cook until meat is browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Increase heat to high and add the rice, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce mixture and egg. Serve immediately.
