- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150g/5½oz edamame beans, in their pods
- pinch chilli flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the beans, chilli flakes and garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sautĂŠ for 2-3 minutes, until the beans are tender.
- To serve, place into a serving bowl.
