Fried edamame beans with chilli Recipe

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g/5½oz edamame beans, in their pods
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the beans, chilli flakes and garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sautĂŠ for 2-3 minutes, until the beans are tender.
  2. To serve, place into a serving bowl.
