Fried Bean Tomatoes Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) can barbecue baked beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (7 ounce) can low-sodium, whole-kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 cups instant white rice
  1. Dump all the ingredients plus 1 cup water into a nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
