Fresh Mozzarella Stuffed Cherry Peppers Recipe

  • 5 ounces BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pickled sweet cherry peppers or peppadew peppers
  1. Toss BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine with olive oil, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  2. Slice off pepper stem and stuff with a ball of Fresh Mozzarella.
