- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple or mango
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 slices pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped
- Toss all ingredients together in small bowl.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sliced jicama; or with grilled chicken or fish.
