Fresh-from-the-Garden Tomato Pasta Recipe

  • 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 4 cups coarsely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Place in large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  2. Combine onions, garlic and dressing in large nonstick skillet; cook 2 min. or until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min.
  3. Add to pasta along with the remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
