Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie Recipe

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (6 ounce) KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Graham Pie Crust
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed. Stir in pumpkin.
  2. Add eggs and mix until blended. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
