- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 2 (3.4 ounce) packages cheesecake flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread Pie Crust -or- Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust
- In large bowl beat milk, pudding mix and almond extract with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be very thick.) Whisk in half of whipped topping.
- Sprinkle half of almonds on crust. Carefully spread pudding mixture over almonds. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with remaining almonds.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
