Finger Lickin Rock and Roll Artichokes Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
