- 3 sheets ready-made filo pastry
- butter, melted
- 2 free-range eggs
- 30ml/1Âźfl oz cream
- 30ml/1Âźfl oz milk
- 85g/3oz sugar
- vanilla essence, few drops
- Heat oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
- Line a crepe pan with filo pastry and butter the pastry. Add another sheet and so on to make a flan case.
- Mix the eggs, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla together and pour into the flan case.
- Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden.
