- 2 (1 pound) packages Sutton & Dodge™ beef loin tenderloin steak, (filet mignon)
- 2 tablespoons Sutton & Dodge™ roasted garlic herb butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and whiskey; cook 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour and salt. Cook an additional 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until very hot; add steaks. Cook steaks 7 to 9 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning once. Transfer steaks to clean plate and cover with foil for 5 minutes.
- Serve steaks with mushrooms.
