- 1 (16 ounce) jar Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking brown rice
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- Heat picante sauce and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan to a boil.
- Stir in rice, beans and corn. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
