Fiesta Rice Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking brown rice
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  1. Heat picante sauce and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan to a boil.
  2. Stir in rice, beans and corn. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
