Fiery Red Salsa Recipe

  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 medium white onion, quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
  1. Place first eight ingredients in Oster(R) Versa(R) Performance Blender in order listed. Add remaining can of tomatoes.
  2. Select programmed DIP/SALSA setting.
