EZ Red Pesto Sauce Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, or to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Blend basil leaves, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic together in a blender until a smooth paste forms. Stir in lemon juice; season with salt and black pepper.
