- 2 1/2 cups (440 g) diced papaya
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon (20 g) locally harvested raw honey
- 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) kombucha tea
- Place the papaya, cinnamon, and honey into the container of a blender and process until all the fruit has been pureed. Add the kombucha and blend until well mixed.
