- 6 Archer Farms® organic hard-cooked eggs, shelled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 strips Archer Farms® peppered bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- Mash eggs with fork in medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, onion and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mound in serving dish and top with bacon. Serve on small iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves, if you like.
