Egg Salad with Peppered Bacon Recipe

  • 6 Archer Farms® organic hard-cooked eggs, shelled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 3 strips Archer Farms® peppered bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  1. Mash eggs with fork in medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, onion and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mound in serving dish and top with bacon. Serve on small iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves, if you like.
