- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- Rinse vegetables; dry spinach and cut tomatoes in half. Place spinach in salad bowl, top with remaining ingredients and toss well. Serve.
