- 5 ounces fillet of fish of choice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Rinse the fish and pat dry. In a deep dish, combine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, wine, garlic powder and oil; add fish, cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning once.
- Preheat broiler. Remove fish from marinade and broil for 4-5 minutes per side until fish is no longer translucent. Serve.
