Easy Weeknight Beef Stroganoff Recipe

  • 1 pound cooked seasoned frozen beef strips, thawed
  • 1 (9 ounce) pouch Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Hot cooked noodles (optional)
  1. Brown beef strips in 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in cooking sauce and sour cream. Simmer 8 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve over noodles.
