- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (18 ounce) can Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- Garnishes, If Desired:
- Coarsely crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
- In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onion in butter 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, just until tender.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except turkey and potato chips. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey. Cover and continue to cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with potato chips.
