Easy Turkey and Noodles Skillet Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (18 ounce) can Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® frozen sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • Garnishes, If Desired:
  • Coarsely crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
  1. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onion in butter 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, just until tender.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except turkey and potato chips. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey. Cover and continue to cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with potato chips.
