- 1 (9 ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham
- 1 cup bottled vinaigrette
- 1 cup green olives stuffed with pimientos, chopped
- 1 cup PELOPONNESE® Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons fresh Italian flat- leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 large round loaf of Italian bread
- 1 (9 ounce) package DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami
- provolone cheese
- Mix together vinaigrette, green olives, red peppers, garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
- Slice loaf in half horizontally. Slightly scoop out insides to make room for filling. Spread half of the vinaigrette/olive mixture on bottom half of loaf. Alternate layers of salami, cheese, and ham. Top with remaining vinaigrette/ olive mixture. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to several hours. Unwrap, cut into quarters, and serve.
