Easy Mexican Skillet Recipe

  • 1 (7 ounce) package SUCCESS® Rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili With Beans
  • 1 cup CHI-CHI'S® Salsa
  1. Cook rice as package directs. Meanwhile, in large skillet, saute garlic in oil. Add cooked rice, chili and salsa. Heat over medium heat, until warmed through. If desired, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onion, diced avocado and sour cream.
