Easy jam ice cream Recipe

  • 500ml/18fl oz double cream
  • 500ml/18fl oz plain yoghurt
  • 450g/16oz pot high quality raspberry jam or preserves
  • cones, to serve
  1. Mix all the above ingredients together and transfer to a freeze-safe container.
  2. Freeze for about four hours or overnight. Remove from freezer one hour before serving.
