Easy-Glazed Turkey Loaf Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 (24 ounce) bag Green Giant® Frozen Glazed Carrots
  • Green onions (optional)
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 15×10-inch pan with sides with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat egg. Stir in turkey, bread crumbs, sliced onions, celery, cranberries, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into round loaf about 7 inches in diameter; place in sprayed pan.
  2. Brush top and sides of loaf with mustard. Arrange frozen carrots and sauce chips around loaf; place 4 sauce chips on top of loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Spread melted sauce chips over loaf; stir carrots. Bake an additional 25 to 35 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 165 degrees F.
  4. To serve, cut loaf into 6 wedges; place on serving platter. Arrange carrots around loaf. Garnish as desired with green onions.
