Easy Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained
  1. Stir cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk in large saucepan on low heat until smooth.
  2. Add fettuccine; toss lightly. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Try serving with Italian bread and a salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Special Collection Dressing, such as Balsamic Vinaigrette.
