Easy Energy Bars Recipe

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax meal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Stir oats, chocolate chips, flax meal, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt together in a bowl. Roll into 24 balls and refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes.
