- 7 1/2 cups ketchup
- 2 1/2 cups molasses
- 2 1/2 cups peach preserves
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 4 dashes hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Mix ketchup, molasses, peach preserves, vinegar, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, liquid smoke flavoring, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
