- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Vidalia onion, sliced
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 8 red potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken breasts, onion, mushrooms and potatoes in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and cover all with sauce.
- Cover dish and bake for 1 hour.
