- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 10 3/4 fluid ounces milk
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in the flour. Pour in soup, milk and cheese. Stir until well blended.
- Heat over medium heat until thickened.
