- 2 cups chopped kale (ribs removed)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon water (optional)
- Blend kale, basil, walnuts, olive oil, and garlic in a blender until smooth. Add water for a thinner pesto.
