Dr. Jens Kale Pesto Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped kale (ribs removed)
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon water (optional)
  1. Blend kale, basil, walnuts, olive oil, and garlic in a blender until smooth. Add water for a thinner pesto.
