Double-Decker BBQ Sandwich Recipe

  • 8 thin cut boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup Archer Farms™ Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 4 Archer Farms™ Wheat Kaiser Rolls
  1. Grill the chops until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, basting with two thirds of the BBQ sauce.
  2. Split the buns in half and toast on the grill.
  3. Spread the toasted buns with the remaining sauce.
  4. On each bun, stack one chop, a quarter-cup of coleslaw, and another chop. Serve immediately.
