- 1 1/2 ounces whiskey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 2 or 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, reserving one mint leaf, and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass, float the mint leaves on top.
