Delicious EggNog Cake Recipe

  • Cake:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package pudding-added yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • EggNog Glaze:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons eggnog
  1. To make the Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray sides and bottom of a bundt pan with vegetable cooking spray, or grease with butter or margarine.
  3. Combine dry cake mix with oil, eggs, and nutmeg.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of LACTAID(R) EggNog in place of water (regardless of the amount of water called for on the package).
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool.
  6. To make EggNog Glaze: Combine sugar with margarine or butter in a medium bowl; add vanilla. Add enough LACTAID(R) EggNog for desired consistency.
