Deborahs Slow Cooker Spicy Black Eyed Peas Recipe

  • 4 (14 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  1. Combine black-eyed peas, butter, onion, ham, bell pepper, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, garlic, and seasoned salt in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low for 4 hours.
