- 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
 
- Place the pine nuts, basil, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Mix the cream cheese and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl until well blended, then stir in the pine nut mixture.
