Daiquiri Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cup light rum
- 1 tablespoon yellow food coloring
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 baked pie crust
- Beat cream cheese with an electric hand mixer in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate; beat until smooth. Stir rum and food coloring into the cream cheese mixture. Fold whipped topping with the cream cheese mixture; pour into pie crust.
- Refrigerate until filling is firm in the center, about 4 hours.
