Curry Pate Recipe

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  1. Beat Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl; spread onto a serving platter into a 1/2-inch layer. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  2. Spread chutney over cheese layer and top with green onion.
