Curried Chick Peas and Onions Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high, covered, for 10 minutes, or until onions are soft.
