Curried Breakfast Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1 (9 ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham
  • 4 cinnamon raisin English muffins
  • Butter (optional)
  • 4 eggs, poached
  • 4 ounces grated Vermont style Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • High quality Indian curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Toast English muffins. Spread with butter, if desired.
  2. Poach eggs to desired doneness.
  3. Top 4 English muffin halves with 1 slice of ham, 1 poached egg, 1 ounce of cheese, of the sliced garlic, and a dusting of curry powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining muffin haves, buttered side down. If you prefer the cheese completely melted, warm muffin on low for about 1 minute.
