- 1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Platino
- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 8 leaves mint
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 splash soda water
- 1 muddled and squeezed lime
- Muddle brown sugar, mint leaves and pineapple slices in highball glass.
- Add Jose Cuervo Platino, soda water and lime juice.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and pour back into glass with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice in a highball glass.
