Cuervo Platino Pear Martini Recipe

  • 1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Platino
  • 1 ounce pear puree
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 piece lime wheel
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with lime wheel.
