Cucumber Cool Down Recipe

  • 1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Mix
  • 1 cup Bombay Sapphire Gin (or BACARDI® Select Rum)
  • 3/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 double old fashioned glasses.
  3. Garnish each with a cucumber slice from remaining 1/4 cucumber.
