Crushed new potatoes Recipe

  • 600g/1 lb 5oz new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the new potatoes. Boil until tender
  2. Drain and crush them with the back of a fork.
  3. Stir in the butter and crème fraîche and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Serve.
