Crumbs Yo! Recipe
- 5 slices of 1- or 2-day-old bread
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (homemade or panko)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper

- Preheat the oven to 300°.
- Cut the bread (including crusts) into 2-inch chunks and put the chunks on a baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the bread is thoroughly dried out.
- Let the bread cool slightly–just enough to handle. Pulse the bread in a food processor until it is reduced to coarse crumbs. To make the crumbs Yo!:
