Crumb-Topped Baked Apricots Recipe

  • 3 cups crushed reduced fat buttery round crackers (e.g., Ritz)
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 3/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans apricot halves in juice
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Mix cracker crumbs with SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener and ground cloves, then mix in molasses and melted margarine.
  2. In an 8×12 inch baking pan, spread 1/2 apricots and top with 1/2 of the cracker crumb mixture. Repeat.
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly and hot.
